MOUNTAIN ENGINEERING WARRANTY POLICY
Effective from the Date of Purchase

At Mountain Engineering, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed to withstand the demands of off-road and outdoor use. We offer a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase on all trays, canopies, and associated accessories.

Coverage

This warranty covers:
• Structural and mechanical components of all Mountain Engineering products.
• Accessories including locks, drawer slides, hinges, and other miscellaneous fittings.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.
• Damage caused by natural disasters or severe weather conditions.
• Rust, including rust developing beneath powder coating, despite our preventative efforts.
• General wear and tear from regular use.

Conditions


• All goods must be inspected upon collection. Any defects must be reported to Mountain Engineering within 48 hours. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the goods in their current condition.
• Warranty is void if the product is:
• Used outside its intended purpose.
• Modified or altered from its original form.

• Improperly installed.

Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim:
1. Email info@mountainengineering4x4.com with a full description of the fault.
2. Provide photographic evidence of the issue.

Please note:
• Return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• If a claim is deemed invalid, all costs associated with the assessment and return of the product will be charged to the purchaser.
