Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Absolutely. At Mountain Engineering, what you see is what you get. All photos on our website are of actual products we've built, fitted, and delivered to real customers. We do not use stock images or digital renders—every image showcases the exact style, quality, and finish you can expect from us.

We take pride in our craftsmanship, and we’re confident that the product you receive will match what’s displayed. If you have any questions about specific features or customisations shown in a photo, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to clarify before you place your order.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

All receipts are sent directly to your email after your purchase. Please check your inbox (and junk/spam folder just in case) for an email from Mountain Engineering.

If you haven’t received your receipt or need another copy, feel free to contact us at info@mountainengineering4x4.com, and we’ll be happy to resend it.

How can I return an item?

To return an item to Mountain Engineering, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us First
Email us at info@mountainengineering4x4.com within 7 days of receiving your item (or prior to collecting, if picking up in person). Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the reason for return
• Photos of the item (if applicable)
2. Wait for Approval
Once we review your request, we will confirm whether the item is eligible for return and provide further instructions.
3. Return the Item
• Items must be returned in original, resalable condition.
• Package the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as agreed.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases or items that have been damaged, altered, or modified by the customer.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly restock popular items that are marked as “Out of Stock”. However, restock times can vary depending on the product and demand.

If there’s a specific item you're interested in, we recommend:

  • Contacting us directly at info@mountainengineering4x4.com for an estimated restock date.

  • Or joining our waitlist (if available) on the product page to be notified as soon as it's back in stock.

We also accept pre-orders on selected items so you can secure your spot in the next production run.

Where can I ship my order?

We offer shipping Australia-wide on selected products. At checkout, you can enter your address to see if shipping is available to your location.

For larger items like canopies and ute trays, we offer:

  • In-store pickup from our workshop

  • Freight delivery to selected depots or commercial addresses (contact us for a quote)
