MOUNTAIN ENGINEERING RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Mountain Engineering, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
• Returns or refunds are accepted if:
• The customer is not satisfied with the product upon initial inspection.
• There has been an error in the product supplied.
• For pre-ordered items: If the customer is not satisfied upon pickup, a full refund will be issued, and the order will be cancelled.

Inspection & Collection
• Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all products—including canopies, ute trays, and camper trailers—prior to final payment and collection.
• Once the product is inspected and the balance is paid, it is assumed that the customer is fully satisfied, and the sale is deemed final.

Posted Items
• For products shipped to the customer, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• If returning an item via post:
• The product must be in original, resalable condition.
• The item must be safely and securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
• Mountain Engineering is not liable for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.
• All shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase or collection.
• Items that have been damaged, modified, or altered by the customer in any way.
